Week 1: Coffee Chat
Pull up a chair and let’s chat! We’ll sit down the second week of November and get to know each other. You get to tell me what’s bugging you and what your actual goal is while you’re here. What patterns keep smacking you in the face? What people or situations are making you roll your eyes so hard you’re afraid they’ll get stuck? And what’s blocking you from moving forward?
You’ll also get a feel for how I coach.
The whole point is to set the stage for what’s to come, and connect freely - without any coaching to start!
Week 2: Knowledge Session
Time to nerd out with me! During the 4th week of November you get your personalized Enneagram lesson. We’ll deep dive into your core Enneagram type, subtype, and all things in between. We’ll sort through what fits like that sweatshirt you can’t let go of and see what patterns are kept in the back of the closet ‘just in case’. Enneagram should feel clarifying.. not confusing, so let’s clarify! AND You’ll walk away with sharper language for your patterns and a tangible guide to your personality that actually makes you feel seen.
Week 3: Observation Session
In the first week of December our focus shifts to pure observation. JUST in time for the holidays!
Gathering data without judgment. This session is all about noticing. What’s happening in real time? Where do your patterns show up: conversations, arguments, shutdowns, spirals?
Then? Over the holiday season, you’ll keep noticing (without judging yourself) when, why, how, and with who these patterns show up. No matter if you celebrate one of the many holidays in December or not, there’s usually some sort of internal tension. Let’s get ahead of the 2026 holiday season by being a fly on the wall for the 2025 one - but with Enneagram as our cheat sheet. The goal for this session is receipts, not resolutions (…yet).
Week 4: Reflection Session
Second week of January we make meaning of the data.
We’ll sort through what you noticed over the holiday season: what’s repeated, what’s louder than you expected, what hit a nerve, where you noticed growth, all of it. This is where we connect the dots between it all.
Together, we’ll reflect on your observations and the meaning under them, without blaming others OR yourself.
You’ll be putting new reflection skills to practice with TANGIBLE, personalized reflection pages and start seeing things in a whole new light. One that keeps you connected to self AND loved ones.
Week 5: Choosing Session
You’ve sat with your feelings. You’ve reflected on them. You’ve observed yourself without judgment.
Reflection gave you a BUFFET of new choices…and in the 4th week in January you get to try new stuff on!
This is where we decide “if this, then I choose that” moves.
We’ll also plan for the inevitable mess: how to handle slip ups, triggers, or old habits trying to be the main character again.
It’s about choosing who you want to be now versus defaulting to who you’ve been.
Week 6: Action Session
In the second week of February, we talk about how you’ve been testing things in the wild OR how you plan to.
Together we will walk through your recent actions, your reactions, and you’ll notice which choices stick easily and which ones still need practice.
We’ll troubleshoot those gaps, tweak your approach (if needed), and decide what’s next. The focus here is momentum, absolutely not perfection.
Week 7: Wrap Up Session
Time for your full circle moment!
3 weeks after the action session, we are wrapping up with another coffee date.
What’s happening now? Update me, chat with me, reflect with me, let’s celebrate what’s shifted! This is your chance to ask all the burning questions still rattling around in your brain and close the loop on this round of work. You’ll leave with a plan to keep your snowball rolling: whether that’s re-running these steps on your own for any situation that comes, booking single, 1:1 booster sessions, or simply carrying your new patterns into everyday life.
